Refund policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition.  Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For defective or damaged items, contact us at roxy@maghugg.com for a prepaid return label and replacement or refund.
